About Warranty Repairs
(1) The customer can purchase 3C products on Jollychic platform, different products will enjoy corresponding warranty services.
(2) Once the product is sent to the service center, we will follow our service policy to check the product, the repair process for a product may take 1 or 3 working days. Once the product is repaired and ready to be shipped, you will be notified through the contact details provided in your account. If a product cannot be repaired, you will also be notified as well and may be entitled to a refund.
(3) If the customer sends the product to the service center for repair within three months, and the product still has the same issue, Jollychic will replace the new product to the customer for free.
The Warranty Date
Not all items available on Jollychic are covered by Jollychic 2-years free warranty & paid warranty plans, always check the item listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
(1) From the date the user signs for the package, if the value of the goods is more than 30 USD, Jollychic will offer 2 years warranty.
(2) From the date the user signs for the package, if the value of the goods is less than 30 USD, but the product has a quality issue, customer can enjoy the free return service within 15 days after signing the receipt.
The Warranty Condition
(1) If the item is not "sold by Jollychic”, it is not covered by Jollychic warranty. However, it might be covered with a warranty offered directly by the seller. If applicable, this information would be displayed against Seller Note on the product detail page.
(2) The following conditions will not be covered by the warranty:
Damage comes from customer
Liquid spill on product
The product has been repaired in outside of Jollychic
(3)When the customer sends the product to the service center for repair, the customer provides the corresponding accessories, product, warranty card to the service center (it includes earphone, battery, charge carrier).
All of the goods on Jollychic are free shipping.
Note：If the product out of the warranty, it will only take 3 days in Service Centre, after that, it will be returned to the customer when the product is repaired, in case the customer didn't answer within 3 months, Jollychic has the right to deal with the product.
